Roundtable Lead: Michelle Gossman, CPHR has over 8
years of experience in Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management & Leadership
from Camosun College. During her HR career Michelle has worked in the
hospitality, entertainment and automotive sectors managing various aspects of
their HR departments and believes in the values of building strong teams with
strong leaders and providing practical and strategic advice. In her current
associate position with Engaged HR, she works on a wide variety of projects,
and supports the dynamic relationships between employers and their teams as an

the employees and the organizations.
