HR practitioners gather and discuss a specific topic
related to the field of Human Resources. A Roundtable Leader guides
participants through the chosen topic for sharing of knowledge, strategies,
lessons-learned, and practical tips, tools, and techniques. Participants will
be encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide

The session will include opportunities:
• to learn about 2018 International Coach Federation research highlights exploring this topic;
• to be in dialogue with HR Colleagues about the presence of a coaching culture in organizations in the mid island;
Roundtable Facilitator: Beth Page, PhD, PCC, CPHR, Author, educator, international speaker and
Dream Catcher Consulting founder Beth helps support people and organizations to
honour the human dimension of change. Her books include Change Happens, Done
Deal: Your Guide to Merger and Acquisition Integration. She also
collaborated on a co-authored chapter in Leading with Spirit, Presence and
Authenticity published by Jossey-Bass. Beth holds degrees from Pepperdine
University, Western Illinois University, and Carleton University. She completed
her PhD at the University of Victoria.

Roundtable Lead: Tammy Phye, as a Certified Professional Coach, Tammy has a passion for leadership and embracing change, which has been a big part of her life personally and professionally. Tammy works with a solution focused approach to her coaching, where she helps entrepreneurs, leaders and teams to gain clarity, embrace change creating a win-win, for the organization, individuals both professionally and personally. “Yes” to creating their Rich Fulfilling Life, whatever that means to them. During Tammy’s down-time she enjoys time with her family, outdoors on her motorcycle, being with her horses or just hanging out in nature. She loves travel, yoga, having fun and is a life-long learner and adventurer of life.
