Jennifer is human resources professional with over 10 years of experience in HR. She holds a diploma in business from Kwantlen, a diploma in HR from BCIT, a Bachelors in Business Admin from BCIT, a certified mediator and negotiator through the center of conflict resolution at the Justice Institute, is a SHRM-SCP and hold the CPHR designation. As a Global HR Manager with Finning International, she thrives on the reiteration of programs and processes to provide meaningful partnership with the business and to provide employees with the best employee experience possible. Her expertise is in employee relations, labour relations and strategically partnering with the business.
