Topic: Changes to the Labour Relations Code - What Do You Need to Know
Amendments to the Labour Relations Code came into effect on May 30, 2019.
What are the key changes you need to be thinking about as you make labour relations decisions for your organization?
What changes in the newly amended Employment Standards Act affect unionized workplaces and what are their impacts on collective bargaining going forward?
What are some of the trends and challenges in the current labour relations environment in BC?
What kinds of services does the Labour Relations Board provide to both adjudicate disputes and help support employers and unions in their collective bargaining relationships?
Join us in a roundtable discussion with the Chair of the Labour Relations Board and Employment Standards Tribunal, Jacquie de Aguayo, covering these topics and more.
