Build a Fulfilling HR Career

There are many different paths and opportunities to help you realize a fulfilling and meaningful HR career, and there is certainly no lack of variety or challenge in your chosen profession. But do you truly understand your purpose in the organization? Do you know how you can make a positive impact regardless of your role?

If you answered 'no' or 'not sure' to either of these questions, do not worry, you are not alone! Many HR professionals lack clarity on their role, and we all struggle with how to make a positive impact from time to time.

In this session, our guest speaker Melanie Reed, will dispel some common myths about human resources, share her perspective on HR's critical role, and provide you with actionable steps to boost your confidence and success, regardless of your position on the org chart!

Please note that discussions with participants will be facilitated in breakout rooms, and a respectful space for open dialogue and reflection will be maintained.

For more information, please contact Fernanda Castro.
