Topic:  Accommodation Principles and Practices under Yukon Legislation
This Roundtable will address Yukon-specific legislation and the employer's legal obligations regarding Duty to Accommodate.  Take advantage of the opportunity to discuss current and best practices for accommodating employees with disabilities, and share creative ideas that you have implemented in your workplace.  Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide real scenarios that include their own workplace policies, Collective Agreements, or other guiding documents.  Come learn about what other Northern organizations are doing and how you can improve your accommodation practices.
