This roundtable will showcase a tried & tested example where competitors come together in partnership with BCIT to build a unique, first class, industry-specific program to help build the pipeline of future leaders.
A dynamic, strategic and results oriented Human Resources leader with 15 years of experience operating, collaborating, and delivering HR solutions within North America and globally. Christina has extensive experience in navigating complex HR and labour relations investigations and has proven to be successful in finding creative solutions to affect change and move the business forward. Christina also has experience in implementing innovative Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness programs across different levels of organizations, having both local and regional impacts.
A truly authentic and respected Business Partner who builds trust quickly and has a track record for leading change associated with complex organizational transformations. Passionate about building employer brands by making the employee experience positive, value-added, and something both the company and its employees can be proud of.
Christina lives in Vancouver where you can typically find her on her yoga mat or up a local mountain. She is also passionate about providing affordable housing for families in needs and currently sits on the Board of Director for Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver Area.
Tamila Lazun is a dedicated HR Professional who is passionate about learning & development. Her experience includes implementing and supporting talent development programs aimed to grow the workforce professionally & increase productivity of the teams.
Morgana Hodliffe is an HR Business Partner working for a growing Biopharmaceutical company. She enjoys the challenges and variety associated with true generalist work whilst also focusing on creating learning & development programs to meet the needs of her organization.
