Event Summary:
Meet with your industry connections for the construction industry to have an open roundtable discussion about what's going on for you currently - share stories, successes and challenges in a safe community virtual gathering.

Topic: Performance Management

Join us for our first BuildingWell Roundtable of 2021! Joanna May, 2020’s HR Professional of the Year will be joining us to present on the Do’s and Don’ts of feedback and reviews.  No doubt many of us are faced with the ‘annual review’ every January, so no better time for the discussion. The Construction Industry faces added challenges when it comes to reviewing performance of staff who move from site to site regularly and have several supervisors within a year; Who conducts these reviews? How are employees held accountable? And how do we get participation from all levels of a construction team? Please bring your insights, lessons learned, tips and questions with you and participate in a conversation guaranteed to teach us all something new.
