Empathy Empowerment and the Post-COVID Leader

How has COVID changed what our employees expect of their leaders?

What needs to change in leadership development to help leaders lead through burnout, a more hybrid workforce, and heightened disruption?

In this session, we explore together what looks different about leadership post-COVID, and the critical role of empathy, EQ and empowerment in fostering well-being and performance. As an HR leader, you’ll leave with insights that you can apply tomorrow to better prepare your leaders and organizations for what’s next.
