Topic: To investigate or not investigate..?

A respectful workplace complaint against one of your managers was submitted to HR for action. You read it and start to set the wheel in motion for an investigation, but have you sometimes wondered whether the complaint is a genuine, respectful workplace complaint or just an employee not getting his way?

Join us for a discussion on what to do in this or similar situations.
