Reducing Bias in Job Posting Language
You’re strong and competitive, assertive in your actions. You’re a ninja in your field, self-reliant and a leader.” What would happen instead, if your job posting appealed for someone who is “exceptional at what you do, motivated to succeed, and a go-getter”? Job postings with gender-neutral wording get 42% more responses.
In this session, we’ll discuss writing better job posts which generate better results, are more inclusive, and contain less gender-biased wording.
