discussion groups, and members play an active role in sharing knowledge and
building community. Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present.

Calling all curious minds and learning enthusiasts! Get ready for an interactive and collaborative discussion into the world of Gamification in Learning at our upcoming peer learning roundtable.
Together, we'll explore how incorporating game-like elements such as points, badges, and leaderboards can bring a fresh and engaging twist to education.
What We'll Share and Discover:

Share and learn from each other with real-life experiences of how gamification is being used in learning environments.

Exchange ideas on creative ways to apply gamification techniques for enhanced engagement and motivation.

Paulette
Brager (she/her), CPHR, is an experienced HR
professional with over 20 years experience in retail, manufacturing, and
financial services. She currently is the HR project lead for First West Credit
Union. Paulette challenges the norms, being a strong coach and leader while
exercising a partnership of employee experience mindset while collaborating with
her stakeholders and various teams.
Paulette’s love for learning and
development has been intertwined into every aspect of her career from the
training and the development of people to the technical side of HR learning
systems including change management.

Erika Skita,
CPHR- Training and Development Specialist since 2010.
She is an enthusiastic learning and development professional who worked with
individuals, teams, and organizations to develop soft skills and increase their
awareness of how they can impact their own lives and others around them. She
has a legal and entrepreneurial background and comprehensive knowledge of adult
education and instructional theories.
She holds a Master's in law, a Postgraduate Degree
in the Law of the European Union, and an HR Management Post Degree Diploma.
Erika is also a co-host of Global Conference Alliance.
