Cancellations/substitutions: If you are unable to attend this event or you wish to send a substitute in your place, we ask that you inform us by email (taurellano@cphrbc.ca) or phone 604-684-7228. Member/non-member rate differences will apply for substitutions. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, can be issued for cancellations made a minimum of 7 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued within 7 business days prior to the event. No refunds are issued for registration fees of $25 or less.
