These events are peer-to-peer discussion groups, and members play an active role in sharing knowledge and building community. Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present. Roundtable Host(s):

Lisa Lewis, CPHR, Lisa Lewis, the founder of MindMosaic Inclusive HR, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of extensive experience in human resources and management. She has a proven track record in resolving complex problems, implementing change management for HR initiatives, and contributing to organizational development. Passionate about learning and development, Lisa specializes in creating programs that foster high-performance workforces. Additionally, Lisa works one-on-one with individuals, collaborating to find creative and simple solutions to workplace barriers that address their intersectional needs. Her hands-on approach reflects her dedication to making a tangible impact on workplace inclusivity. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Lisa attributes her diverse background and success to her neurodivergent perspective. Originally from the east coast of Canada, Lisa's diverse traits have fueled her drive to extend her professional journey, leading her to work and travel to over 40 countries.
 


 
Sim Nesbitt, CPHR, is an HR consultant with over 15 years of experience in human resources, focusing on integrating HR into the strategic plans of multinational organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration and a Human Resources Management diploma. Throughout her career, Sim has played a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving success through effective human capital management. She has led HR teams, developed innovative programs that reduce costs and boost employee engagement, and implemented leadership training initiatives that align with corporate culture. Currently pursuing an MA in Counselling Psychology, Sim blends her HR expertise with insights into human behavior.
