Meredith Campbell-Jess, HR Consultant and Executive Coach at TallSky Consulting Group, has a background in learning and training, with over 20 years' experience in both private and public sectors. She holds Graduate Certificates in both Executive Coaching and Strategic Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University. Meredith specializes in supporting managers, executives, professionals, and teams focus on opportunities to foster positive change in themselves and the organizations they are part of. Her holistic and empowering approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for her clients. Striving to find innovative possibilities, she loves helping people find opportunities for success and growth, with an ultimate end goal of satisfaction and success for all involved. 
 

 

Kara Butler, CPHR is currently one of 3 HR Directors at Safe Fleet, a multi-national organization working in both the Tech and Manufacturing space. In her current role, Kara works with a team of generalists, recruiters and payroll specialists to support leaders and employees in Canada, the USA and Taiwan. Kara spent a sizeable part of her career working in Operations Management in Vancouver’s Tourism Industry; handling hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for up to 200 indirect reports at one time. After briefly dabbling in the IT Industry and building a solid foundation in the Employee Benefits field, Kara ultimately made a formal pivot into Human Resources and hasn’t looked back since.
