Topic: Behaviours That May  Impact Your Success 

Stress can cause us to do things we wouldn’t normally consider.
The need to meet a deadline, a difficult conversation or an important presentation to get buy in can result in behaviours which end up moving us further away from our goals.

This workshop is designed to help participants become of their behavior when they are stressed and also recognize it in others they are dealing with.  

Participants will be given an opportunity to complete exercises in small groups, with a focus on improving their current situation(s) with regards to this topic.
Speaker: Aaron Solly, Counsellor, Life Coach and Author at Engage Coaching Group.
Aaron Solly is a Banker turned Counsellor, Life Coach and Best-Selling Author.  
For over twenty years, he struggled with depression.  It wasn’t until he realized the key to his mental health was to focus on healing from within.
Through his company, Engage Coaching Group, he focuses on helping individuals and teams get to the heart to what truly matters to them. He is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.
His has a diploma in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology is from Clearmind International Institute and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from S.F.U.
Roundtable Leaders: Kim Braidwood, CPHR Candidate & Jenny Lau, CCP, CEBS, CPHR
Kim Braidwood is a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant, executive coach, and CPHR candidate.
She brings over 17 years’ experience as the CEO of a retail business, and experience consulting and coaching individuals, entrepreneurs, and larger organizations including Not for Profits. Kim is committed to helping leaders enhance their capabilities, discover what inspires them, and identify opportunities along with an action plan to achieve their personal and business goals. She helps leaders identify and create conditions for growth for themselves and for their business.
She has an MA Leadership (RRU), the award of Achievement in Sustainable Business Management (UBC), and a BA in Psychology (UBC).

Jenny Lau is an experienced Human Resources professional, with focuses on Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. She possess the CPHR designation, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork,  and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Currently she works for Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Canada as the Benefits Specialist, serving clients in all sizes and different industries. JLT Canada is one of the world's leading providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services.
