Event Summary:
HR practitioners gather to top up their knowledge, share successes and lessons-learned, and take-away practical tips, tools and techniques.  Participants are encouraged to bring real-life HR-related scenarios, challenges/questions and/or best-practices that they would like to share and/or see discussed by the group. The Roundtable Leader will guide the dialogue and encourage participation.
Topic:  Design Thinking
With a growing drive for a team centered work force and how easy the concept of group think comes into play, Design thinking emphasizes an innovative problem solving strategy that allows teams to put its customers/employees’ needs as the starting point used to design a befitting solution. Design thinking takes simple less structured steps to come up with answers that digs deep into a lasting and effective solution through: empathy, defining the problem, brainstorming, prototyping, experimenting, and as always evaluating its effects.
