Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present. Roundtables are not recorded for later viewing.
 
 
Topic: Helping Others Thrive in Times of Uncertainty: A Coaching Approach to Feedback and Development
 
A coaching approach is a way of being with others that is particularly effective when providing feedback and supporting development. Actionable coaching tools will help you through a wide range of critical moments such as helping others clarify their goals and aspirations, helping a team member unleash their best, or helping folks manage their stress and draw on their resiliency.
 
 
Guest Facilitator: Ashleigh Trahan CPHR, CEC, ACC is an award-winning Leadership Development and Talent Management professional and founder of The Curated Life Company. Creator of innovative learning solutions, 1:1 coaching programs and retreats, Ashleigh’s mission is to help folks manage anxiety, align their values, and create freedom. Ashleigh is a recent transplant to Vancouver Island from Ontario where she lives with her partner Elyse in their tiny house. 
 
Roundtable Host: Donna Hall, CPHR, based on BC’s Sunshine Coast, the territory of the shíshálh and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nations, Donna is a CHPR and member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). She launched Donna Hall Coaching to support professionals with their careers while sharing her expertise in HR and recruitment. 
 
Roundtable Host: Beth Page, PhD, CPHR and a professional certified coach is the owner of Dream Catcher Consulting. In addition to her consulting and coaching practice, she also serves as a member of associate faculty at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada.
