Roundtables are intended for peer-to-peer sharing and members play an active role in sharing experiences and knowledge to build community. Roundtables are therefore not recorded for later viewing.
Topic: Panel Discussion on Learning & Development
Join our Expert Panel and your fellow CPHR members in an interactive Panel discussion on various aspects on Learning & Development.
Panel members will represent the L&D Expert, Business Manager and Employee and will guide you in the discussion of the presented topics from the view point of these stakeholders.
This session will be highly interactive and your contributions will make this a great way to look at the topics from various angles.

Paul Foskey, Acting Business Services Coordinator at BC Public Service;
Morgana Hodliffe is an HR Business Partner working for a growing Biopharmaceutical company. She enjoys the challenges and variety associated with true generalist work whilst also focusing on creating learning & development programs to meet the needs of her organization.
Petra Mayer is an independent Consultant specializing in Learning & Development. She finds nothing more thrilling as ongoing learning and wants to spread that enthusiasm to others so they may create engaging learning interventions and continue their own professional and personal learning journeys.
