Sleep is important for work performance. In light of busy schedules, getting adequate sleep is challenging but it can be easier with right strategies. Educating and supporting your employees to improve sleep is reinvesting back into your business through improved productivity.
Sleep deprivation is costing you money. In this interactive workshop you will hear about practical techniques that your team can apply to their lives to improve sleep.
Learn how to approach sleep deprivation from a coaching perspective while providing line management with tools they can use to support their team to maximize their wellness and performance.
Joselyne John's is a Certified Adult Sleep Science Coach and is a Registered Nurse in BC. She holds a Certification in Health Coaching from The University of Victoria. Her sleep workshops and 3 step sleep recovery program helps busy executives to see transformation in their sleep patterns in four weeks or less.
Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences Joselyne is passionate about sharing the science and the research behind sleep.
She also holds a Certificate in Innovative Leadership, and recognized as the Workshop Designer and Facilitator by Simon Fraser Public Interest Research Group.
Ceyda (jay-da) Gultan, MA, ACC, CPHR is a Human Resources Executive with 20 years of progressive experience in global, national and local corporations in private, public and non profit sectors and currently She is the Manager of Human Resources at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver; a human rights organization.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in English language and a Master’s degree in human resources management.
As a CPHR professional in BC, she holds a certificate in intercultural studies from UBC. In addition, she is the President of the International Coach Federation Vancouver Charter Chapter.
Ceyda served on the Board of SIETAR BC and is the co-founder of the Northshore Intercultural Jam.
She believes in the coaching principle of ‘every person is creative, resourceful and whole.
