2018 was an eventful year for diversity and inclusion, with many companies creating winning diversity strategies and others struggling to create a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Stephanie is a fearless Diversity and Inclusion leader with over 20 years of software industry experience. She motivates employees to become more inclusive through awareness and vulnerability.
Her Diversity and Inclusion journey started in 2011 when she became the GIRLsmarts4tech Grade 7 sponsor. Within the Global Diversity and Inclusion Office she is responsible for strategic projects including the execution of the Global EDGE certification where SAP became the first multinational technology company to receive this certification.
She is obsessed with inclusive teams, mentorship and inspiring girls to explore technology and is a board member of the Women in Communications and Technology (WCT).
