Find Out How Coaching Cultures Thrive During Covid-19!

The Nov/Dec. 2019 issue of the Harvard Business Review identified that the role of managers and leaders is evolving into that of a coach. So what does that shift look like and why is it important?

More and more organizations are seeing the value of incorporating coaching into leadership roles, helping managers to be more effective in motivating their team and connecting with them on a deeper level. Tapping into her own experience in developing an internal coaching culture at Kohler, and through her current studies in the University of Wisconsin coaching program, Deborah Fox will share what she has learned, including formulas provided by industry leaders such as Caterpillar and Amazon.

Deborah Fox, CPHR is the Sr. Mgr-HR for Kohler Canada Co. and Kohler Company’s HR Lead for North American Plastics Operations. Deborah has experience across multiple industries, non-profits, cultures, geographies & demographics. She has integrated coaching with her situational leadership style. In 2019 Deborah founded Evolve Leadership Development where she supports individuals and businesses with HR solutions primarily in the area of leadership coaching. She is an enterprise specialist, seasoned leader and coach. Deborah holds a business degree from SFU, is credentialed with CPHR & SHRM, and is currently attending University of Wisconsin-Madison in their coaching certification program. She will obtain her International Coaching Federation credentials in 2020 and is a certified Oz Principle Accountability Facilitator.
