Jason Winkler is an independent professional advisor who believes individual and team effectiveness are key to achieving organizational outcomes - strategic, financial and human. As the former Managing Partner, Talent at Deloitte Canada, Jason led all aspects of the organization's human resource function supporting over 10,000 professionals coast to coast. Based in Vancouver, Jason travelled across Canada - focusing on leadership development, total rewards, health and wellness, HR analytics and strategic advice to business leaders.
Prior to this role Jason held several client and regional leadership roles including Managing Partner for Consulting for Western Canada.
With an extensive career spanning more than 28 years, Jason was a strategic consultant focusing on business transformation and human capital management for the power and utility industry and the public sector (federal, provincial and municipal levels) as well as a number of large multinational organizations.
Jason was the driver of many business transformation projects in Canada, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East. Also, Jason spoke frequently at industry conferences about change management, human resources, business process reengineering and enterprise transformation.
Tamila Lazun is a passionate and dedicated HR Generalist currently working at Maxxam Analytics, a member of the Bureau Veritas Group of companies - a world leader in testing, inspection and certification services.
Tamila has built progressive experience in Human Resources over the last 10 years with 5 years in Training Lead role.
Tajinder is the founder of Percipient Edge Pte Limited and Percipient Solutions limited.These companies are engaged in HR transformation with psychometric, data and technology solutions.
Tajinder continues to be passionate about HRD and how local innovation & intangible factors shape the success of every organization.
