Topic: WorkSafeBC - A Crash Course
When health and safety issues arise at work, what is your role in identifying and addressing them?
How are these issues investigated in a way that complies with WSBC’s expectations and that does not leave your organization vulnerable to further loss and litigation?
The roundtable will provide an overview of WSBC fundamentals (including statutory landscape and general duties and potential liabilities) and will explore best practices in conducting investigations to help ensure that occupational health and safety issues are identified and ameliorated wherever possible.
