Topic: How to Use Your Emotional Intelligence in HR?

Heard a lot about emotional intelligence? Do you have an idea but need to learn how to use it in practice?

In this event, we will talk about EI from a practical angle, why it is essential for companies, and some tips about how to use it to build an inclusive and cooperative culture and climate.

As an HR professional, there are always new things to learn about people’s skills. Let’s discover emotional intelligence together!

This Roundtable session will be hosted and facilitated by Erika and Paulette as co-host.
