Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in Benefits and Retirement Programs

According to Aon’s 2021 Inclusion and Diversity Survey, nearly 90% of Canadian employers have begun to establish DEI objectives and policies to promote a high-performance workplace culture that is respectful, empowering, aware and supportive of the unique contributions of all employees.

Join us as we will discuss diversity, equity and inclusion through the lens of benefits and retirement.

In this roundtable we will discuss:

•Why starting the conversation is key to ensuring retirement/benefit plans truly integrate DEI principles.

•How best-practice approaches and effective measurement techniques can create more inclusive and diverse retirement/benefit programs.

•How the fundamentals of “Commit, Listen, Review, Measure and Communicate” can provide a sound infrastructure for continuous evolution of DEI best practices.
