"Getting the most from your Employee Assistance Program: Increasing usage, impact and outcomes"
Join us for this interactive roundtable where we will review the key benefits of Employee & Family Assistance Programs (reduced absenteeism and increased retention & productivity), and how to get the most from your program to ensure increased program utilization and engagement.
Topics for discussion will include:
- Key deliverables and outcomes you should expect from your EAP;
- How to partner with your provider;
- The role of the organization and leaders in the success of EFAP;
- Integrating EAP into your workplace culture and employee engagement;
- Creative ways to promote and raise awareness of your EAP;

President and Regional Director for fseap, Director of Clinical Counselling Programs for Family Services of Greater Vancouver, Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling Psychology, His expertise spans business & HR management, workplace psychological H&S and wellness, and the effective implementation and delivery of employee/family assistance programs.
Valerie Henderson, Active member of CPHR and North Shore Roundtable, has provided senior level HR services to small and medium sized businesses since 1994 and works closely with all levels of management and employees. She is well versed on the business needs of all types of organizations.
Maryse Pellerin works at Raymond James as a Human Resources Manager, who brings over 15 years of experience in Leadership, Innovation, Team Work and People.
