Best Practices In Culture & Engagement - A Facilitated Panel

We’ve all heard about the amazing things that Google and other large firms are doing to make their employee experience unique – but what can you do in your organization to influence and impact your teams, creating better engagement and retention? Join us for a new experience at the February Roundtable where we will ask a panel of amazing people some of these questions and learn what they are doing to make this happen!

Nicky Scott, CPHR, is a People & Culture Manager at Grant Thornton, and will be facilitating the panel and discussion.  Sean Shepherd is a Partner with Nucleus Strategies, and specializes in helping organizations to solve challenging problems, creating innovative design and exceptional customer experiences.  Heather Stickle, CPHR, is a People & Culture Manager at Grant Thornton, and previously has many years experience leading teams in the hospitality industry.  Terri Eriksen, CPHR, is a Partner at Navy & Sage benefits, and also has a strong background in HR Consulting and disability management.
We would love to have you submit some questions for our panelists to answer. If you have a question, please submit it to: Nicky Scott via email: nicky.scott@ca.gt.com Please send questions before January 31st.
*Please note:  This is a "lunch & learn", please bring your own lunch.
