Topic: Remote work, do you have a policy?
In the latest years, employees are demanding more flexibility as they struggle with daycare, long commute and work/life balance.
Does your organization have a policy in place to accommodate remote work? What should be included; safety workplace, hours of work, equipment & costs…
As a group of HR professional, this interactive roundtable would review together ideas; so come in and share your policy, your success and challenges.
Maryse will lead the conversation with her findings and policies.
She has been the co-chair of the North Shore roundtable since Sept 2018.
Valerie Henderson, Active member of CPHR and North Shore Roundtable, has provided senior level HR services to small and medium sized businesses since 1994 and works closely with all levels of management and employees. She is well versed on the business needs of all types of organizations.
