Join us for a 5-Part HR Resiliency Series hosted by the Yukon. HR Supporting HR. Come learn about ways to care for yourself, build your resilience, formulate new strategies and learn with other HR professionals. It's been quite a year, remember to put time away for yourself. HR Resiliency Series: Part 5: Resilience, Self-Care and Boundaries for HR Professionals Join in on the conversation on guiding yourself towards health and resilience. Having addressed the broader mental health challenges and stressors experienced during the past year in our first session, we will now take time to focus on ourselves as HR professionals. What are the extra strains and challenges we face as HR professionals supporting others in the workplace, and how can we ensure that we are taking the necessary time to build our own resilience and address our own health and wellness needs? In this session we’ll name and address these issues and take time to focus on simple yet effective self-care practices and perspectives that we can adopt for ourselves. Gregg is passionate about protecting and improving people’s mental health and wellbeing. He is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and CPHR, and is a leader in the field of workplace mental health and wellness, specializing in Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace, Workplace Mental Health, and evidence-based practices that contribute to healthy and effective workplaces (ex. Supportive Workplace Training for Managers, Positive Workplace/Mental Fitness & Resilience programs). Gregg is President and Regional Director for Family Services Employee Assistance Program (fseap.ca), Canada’s third largest employee assistance program and workplace mental health provider.
