Topic: Coaching for Employee Career Development  

This roundtable will focus on understanding what Career Coaching is and how it can drive employee engagement and retention, as well as support succession planning and your organization’s leadership pipeline.

Fortune Magazine reports that career conversations are a critical retention strategy and succession planning activity. Particularly, your 20-something employees want to know they’re on a career path and need your support to help them reach their career goals.

In this session, leaders and managers will learn what Career Coaching is and how it can drive employee engagement and retention, as well as support succession planning and the development of your organization’s leadership pipeline.

We will explore what career coaching is, access a career coaching model and practice using these coaching skills.

She is a sought-after Certified Executive Coach, Internationally Certified Career Management Professional, and highly-skilled facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in leadership and career coaching, and human resource consulting.

She is skilled in helping her clients envision, strategize and accelerate their career success.
She holds a BA, Psychology and is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University), Certified International Career Management Professional.  
Roundtable Leaders: Ceyda Gultan, CPHR & Rosa Pezzente, CPHR.
Ceyda (jay-da) Gultan, MA, ACC, CPHR is a Human Resources Executive with 20 years of progressive experience in global, national and local corporations in private, public and nonprofit sectors.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in English language and a Master’s degree in human resources management. As a CPHR professional in BC, she holds a certificate in intercultural studies from UBC.
Ceyda is the Past President of the International Coach Federation Vancouver Charter Chapter and she believes in the coaching principle of ‘every person is creative, resourceful and whole.
