Topic: Total Rewards
We will “demystify” the common myths around total rewards/compensation and share our insights into how to build an effective total rewards program that truly aligns with your organization’s strategy and performance program.
We will explore new trends in total rewards design and discuss how they may impact the future of our life at work.
Speaker: Vincent Chow, Partner & Co-Founder at Logan HR
Vincent is well known for his ability to understand the underlying issues in any situation, and for his straightforward approach to business. He has worked in human resources for over 20 years and is a partner and the co-founder at LoganHR. Previously, Vincent was Director Total Rewards for Ledcor Group of Companies, a large, diverse North American company which received numerous top employer awards. Vincent also managed compensation, benefits, and HRIS for Intelligence, a telecommunications company.
He has worked at Crystal Decisions / Business Objects (now SAP) designing and managing global compensation programs.
Vincent started his career at Watson Wyatt, a global HR consulting firm, helping clients in the areas of HR program design and implementation.
Vincent holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is a Certified Compensation Professional, a past Chair of the BC region of WorldatWork, and Chair of the 2015 Human Resources Management Association Annual Conference.
Vincent’s recent speaking engagements include the WorldatWork Canadian Total Rewards Conference in Toronto, as well as the HRMA Conference on the topic of compensation and performance management.
