learnings and participate in a fun activity to get those ideas ready for

Shelley Carlson, CPHR, has over 20 years of diverse management and human resource experience that spans small businesses and large organizations. Since 2003, Shelley has filled a variety of roles for Seastar Chemicals, including her current role as Human Resources Manager. During this time, Shelley has built the Human Resource function from the ground-up and gained several years experience in international HR, specifically in Canada, the US and Europe. Shelley enjoys attending networking events with CPHR BC &Yukon.
Deborah Pike, CPHR has served on the CPHR Advisory Council Vancouver Island since 2013, first as Membership Lead and then as Chair. As she completes her role as outgoing Chair in 2019, Deb feels a sense of satisfaction being part of the growth that the Island membership has seen over the past year. She is currently developing a project that combines her skills as a facilitator/educator with her passion for wine. Grateful for the supportive and vibrant connections she has made in the CPHR BC & Yukon community, Deb is looking forward to another year of learning and networking with colleagues and friends.
