5 Steps to Meaningful & Fruitful Communication
This informative and interactive talk will:
- Reveal the costs of poor communication and the benefits of good communication
- Outline 5 key ingredients for enhanced communication
- Identify key ‘inside,’ ‘outside,’ and ‘alongside’ target audiences
- Summarize the who, why, what, how, and when of effective communication with each audience
- Explore the link between communication and collaboration.
Joanne de Vries is a communications specialist who has worked with clients from all sectors since 1992 to help them enhance communication and collaboration with specific target audiences. Specific services include community outreach and engagement, communications audits and plans, project branding and key messaging, event planning and delivery, and workshop design, facilitation and documentation. In 2006, she established the Fresh Outlook Foundation (FOF), the passion of which is inspiring community conversations for sustainable change through events such as conferences, kids’ camps, film festivals, and business and women’s gatherings.
