Leading change successfully has become an essential need for every organization trying to thrive in today’s turbulent environment. Human Resource Professionals are vital to helping their organizations fulfill than need.

HR work lies at the critical intersection of business and people. That intersection is a very unstable place these days. The ongoing pandemic, hybrid work arrangements, supply chain issues, climate change and significant economic shifts are all challenges requiring an effective approach to leadership and change.

This Master Class provides a comprehensive, systems - based approach into what is required to increase the leadership capacity in dynamically changing organizations. It is a series of four, two-hour sessions that cover all aspects of capacity building to ensure successful change. It covers topics including helping individuals and groups change, leading change for leaders at all levels, and guiding change. Numerous practical resources are provided to support the engaging presentations shared throughout the program.

The ability to guide change has become an increasingly important competency for HR Professionals. This comprehensive yet practical program provides you with everything you need to add substantial value in your changing organization. HR Professionals will find this an invaluable learning opportunity to increase your took kit and expand your capacity to be an indispensable resource throughout your changing organization.

This program will be held online in 4 two-hour sessions spread over two weeks. Helpful handouts and worksheets are provided to all participants. A certificate is provided to those that attend all four sessions.
