Roundtables are exclusively available and free for CPHR BC & Yukon Members. These events are peer-to-peer sharing and members play an active role in sharing knowledge and building community. Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present. Roundtables are not recorded for later viewing.
Employment and Jobs Outlook 2021/22     
Join us for a discussion of the employment challenges in your organization.  

We will share our staffing levels in terms of general trends and those challenges we face in finding the right talent.  

Together we will explore what is working best in terms of recruiting strategies in these uncertain times! 
*We will be opening the zoom meeting at 11:45 am for Networking and Introductions. Make sure to arrive on time as the topic discussion will start at 12:00 pm.*

Roundtable Host(s): Pomponia Martinez, CPHR and Janice Mikuska, CPHR  

Pomponia is a senior HR practitioner, consultant and HRM educator who will facilitate discussion. She provides HR Generalist consulting in areas including recruitment, planning, compensation and benefits, as well as change management, strategic planning and leadership development. She has worked with firms including TELUS and Port Metro Vancouver.


This roundtable will take place online on Zoom.
