Linda Weichel Linda Weichel is VP, Initiatives at CivicAction. For the past decade she’s drawn on her business and communications leadership as she drives action across sectors to boost civic engagement and build better cities. Linda is supporting employers in more effective, inclusive entry-level hiring practices with CivicAction’s HireNext after wrapping up the three-year MindsMatter/SoutienBienÊtre workplace mental health program. That initiative saw 1525 organizations take the free first-of-its-kind MindsMatter assessment that now have the actions they need to benefit the mental health of as many as 3.1 million employees across Canada and beyond.
About the guest speaker:
Griffith Dias Griffith joined RBC in 2017 with the Early Talent Acquisition team after experiencing a handful of industries including higher education, event management, sponsorship marketing, and finally financial services. Now, Griffith recruits close to 300 students and new grads annually for all Finance, Audit, HR and Marketing roles across the bank. In addition, he is the lead Recruiter for the CPA Pre-Approved Rotational Program and supports the Indigenous Peoples Development Program.
