Risk Management During COVID-19 & Beyond
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates predicts over 50% of business travel and over 30% of days in the office will go away in the pandemic’s aftermath. What does it mean for the employer in terms of Risk Management, particularly Responsibilities and Liabilities?
This session will discuss the now too common challenges of a remote workforce and how to keep your company proactive and your employees safe. It will consider potential regulatory and liability challenges as they pertain to risk assessments including, ergonomics, mental health, working alone and incident management in our home offices.
This session will be an interactive discussion about this subject for all participants. You'll come away with better insight on navigating the ever changing backdrop of the remote workforce. Bring your experiences and questions to the table for a rewarding peer discussion facilitated by Kelly Twist.
Kelly Twist of ETIC Workforce Solutions has a BA in Sociology and Psychology, with certifications in Environmental Management (EP), Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP) and Human Resources (CPHR). She is established in HSE, Human Resource Management as well as Environmental Studies, with 20+ years experience. Kelly has applied expertise in risk management, case management, occupational safety, health and environmental management in many sectors. She offers in-depth insight into company impacts and potential employer risks, improving employee safety while lowering the overall corporate risk potentials.
