Cultivating a High-Performing Culture

We often think of things like compensation, benefits and flexibility as the core elements of total rewards. They are important, however our research shows how many elements of culture are even more important to people when it comes to having a great overall experience and a high-performance culture.

We will help HR leaders explore a new perspective on how we can measure culture and how culture is in fact a key part of Total Rewards.

Key takeaways:

- Culture can be measured with incredible precision ... it's a tangible thing
- Learn what drives employee engagement ... it's not what you think
- Learn what elements of culture are more important than compensation or flexibility
- Learn how elements of culture (and therefore rewards) tie directly to performance metrics
