HR Connections Night: Self Care for the HR Professional

Date: March 9, 2021
Location: Online

Event Summary:

Are you feeling like you are needing some connection and support from your fellow HR professionals? Are you looking for ways to ensure that you are doing what you need to take care for yourself just as much as you have been caring for others this past year?
Then please join us for an evening of connection, networking and self care. As HR professionals you have been working hard to care for others and your organization so we wanted to provide an opportunity for you to have space to take time for yourself. Come and recharge and fill your cup with support from and with your fellow HR professionals!

Gregg Taylor, will kick things off with a discussion on how to avoid burnout. Throughout this past year HR professionals have stepped up and tackled an onslaught of workplace and people challenges created by the pandemic. Let's take time to talk about how we’re doing, and how we can develop an integrated ‘work & wellness’ outlook and approach that allows us to perform at a high level - without burning out.

Serena Morphy, will then lead us through a meditation and mindfulness exercise.
This event will be a great way to round out your workday and help you continue into 2021 with a focus on making sure you are also taking time for you.

Hosted by:
