ROUNDTABLE - COACHING - Hope in Uncertain Times

Roundtables are exclusively available and free for CPHR BC & Yukon Members. These events are peer-to-peer sharing and members play an active role in sharing knowledge and building community. Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present. Roundtables are not recorded for later viewing.
May Topic: Hope in Uncertain Times
This Coaching Roundtable focuses on the future we want to create and enables productive action to get there. We will learn how to re-calibrate our goals, retrace our steps and reimagine what’s possible to find hope in challenging times. We will practice resilience together and walk away with an action plan to maintain hope for the weeks and months to come.
Guest Facilitator: Andrew Soren, CPCC, ACC, is the founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design. For the past 20 years, Andrew has worked with some of the most recognized brands, non-profits and public sector teams to co-create values-based cultures, develop positive leadership, and design systems that empower people to be their best. Since 2013, Andrew has been faculty with the University of Pennsylvania’s internationally renowned Master of Applied Positive Psychology program.

Guest Facilitator: Iris Cai, CPCC, PCC, is a leadership coach and well-being strategist with 20 years of experience growing brands and people in telecommunications, retail and higher education. A former marketer, HR practitioner and now design thinker trained in positive psychology, Iris adopts a multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach to disrupt and transform organizational development practices. A change maker at heart, Iris is dedicated to creating more resilient, thriving communities and purpose-driven organizations.

Roundtable Host: Ceyda (jay-da) Gultan, MA, ACC, CPHR is a Human Resources Executive with 20 years of progressive experience in global, national and local corporations in private, public and nonprofit sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English language and a Master’s degree in human resources management. As a CPHR professional in BC, she holds a certificate in intercultural studies from UBC. Ceyda is the Past President of the International Coach Federation Vancouver Charter Chapter and she believes in the coaching principle of every person is creative, resourceful and whole.
