Introduction to Policy Creation
Have you ever been tasked with writing a policy and unsure where to start? Have you had to refer to a policy that could have better supported your needs? Maybe you've found yourself in a situation where you needed a policy where one didn't exist. In this interactive session, learn why we rely on policies, what makes a policy effective, the main components.
This virtual Roundtable will provide an opportunity for members to share experiences, knowledge and ask questions on the subject. By the end, you will have gone through an exercise of drafting your own policy. We are delighted to welcome Jackie Connelly, CPHR to facilitate the discussion
