Topic: Make Every Meeting Count! How to Run Effective Meetings
Every meeting your organization holds should be run effectively and efficiently. Why? Because on average, meetings consume 62 hours of employee’s time every month. And of those 62 hours, some experts estimate more than 30 of those hours are considered wasted time. With more than 3 billion meetings each year in offices and boardrooms around the world, that adds up to a lot of potential losses for organizations in the form of wasted time and employee productivity.
Need any more reasons than the above to come to the Roundtable, Make Every Meeting Count?
The discussion will include:
- Proven, effective techniques that generate productive and meaningful meetings
- Quick group processes to generate ideas and move into action
- Ways to stay on track to keep your meetings on time and as short as possible.
