The Difference Between Employee Surveys and the Voice of the Employee

While we know an employee survey is a static tool to measure employee engagement, listening to the voice of the employee establishes a culture of activity through various ways beyond surveys: town halls, post-mortems, and other items that are a more organic approach. Silke Pleus, CPHR refers to these as channels, insights, actions, and tools and will join us to talk about how she’s found these helpful in her HR career.
