Topic: Employee Financial Wellbeing - Making It Real
Many employees are struggling to manage student loans, credit card and other debts.
Annual increases in health care costs are often outpacing annual salary increases, forcing employees to do more with less. Trying to balance these competing financial priorities can make saving difficult, especially considering the average employee struggles with understanding the most basic of financial concepts.
In this presentation, Heather and Roz will share findings from a recent Global employee survey on financial wellness and saving for retirement; provide practical insightful information to help employers understand their people and the world they live in; and help identify opportunities to engage employees in solutions to improve financial wellness.
