Building Connections Beyond Your Mentoring Match

Summary:
In this interactive session, program participants are invited to share knowledge, strategies, and experience around mentorship when it comes to building connections beyond your mentoring relationship.
What does building connection meant to you? Why is it important as a mentor and protege to build connection? And how do you do that, especially given the challenge of remote and virtual work?
Please note that discussions with participants will be facilitated in breakout rooms, and a respectful space for open dialogue and reflection will be maintained.

Location: Online - Zoom Meeting - Zoom login information will be sent 1 day prior to the event date.
Video connection is recommended for the most engaging virtual experience and for security reasons, you will need to ensure your log in name is the name you registered with in order that we may allow you access into the zoom meeting.
Time: 5:30pm - 7:00pm (PDT)
Cost: This event is FREE for members who have been accepted and matched in the 2022 CPHR BC & Yukon Professional Mentoring, but pre-registration is required.
