Engaging Employees in Change Management, with Lisa Fuller CPHR
“Continuous and unrelenting change has confronted man from the misty dawn of his existence to the present and the only certainty in man’s foreseeable future is that there will be a change followed by more change”. R. Muessig (1969)
We often hear how change is constant – it is and it is more complex than ever! Given this, how do Employers help employees embrace change within organizations and include them in the journey? What might help sustain organizational change initiatives?
Lisa Fuller will lead this interactive Roundtable looking at how to engage employees to be part of the change process, the role HR could and should play, best practices to employ, and pitfalls you should avoid.
Lisa is a HR practitioner and consultant who has worked for complex organizations including the private sector, public sector and crown corporations. With over 20 years progressive HR experience in all aspects of HR, Lisa believes fostering trusted relationships with all stakeholders and partners is a foundational principle for success professionally and personally.
All are welcome to the Roundtable - both CPHR BC & Yukon members (free) and non-members ($20) are welcome.
