My Name’s Not Michael – Women Leaders in HR
Date: March 11, 2021
Location: Online
International Women’s Day on March 8, 2021 presents us with the opportunity to come together and hear from four influential women in our community who are breaking the glass ceiling. Recently, the Globe and Mail published an article by Tavia Grant which stated “ There are more men named Michael in leadership positions across Canada then Women.” Well, we are not Michael, and we want to share our stories with you of how we continue to lead and how we continue to persevere across this gender divide in hopes that one day there will be more women in C-Suite positions than there are men named Michael.
