The Impact of Non-monetary Rewards

Monetary compensation and health benefits are important, but what other non-monetary benefits/perks are companies offering to build loyalty, support employee wellness, and draw new candidates? Come prepared to share with the group; what non-monetary rewards are/have been offered in the companies you have worked for? What worked, what didn't, and what changes did companies need to make in a low-contact environment?
