Workplace Strategies for Mental Health - Plan for Resilience
  
Join us for a Roundtable on a Plan for Resilience, a workplace strategy for mental health.
 
This session will introduce you to the Plan for Resilience, a free resource from Canada Life*.  This is an evidenced based tool kit that can help improve your ability to bounce back after a potential health, personal, or work crisis. It will help you identify effective strategies and resources to draw on when needed. It will be facilitated by Amanda Swoboda from Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the University of British Columbia.

Guest Facilitator:  Amanda Swoboda, Wellbeing Specialist Human Resources, UBC Okanagan. Amanda has over 20 years working in community mental health. Her range of experience has involved residential & community support services, self-management coaching, youth services planning, community-based research and workplace mental health education and training. She is currently helping to promote a culture of health and wellbeing for faculty and staff at the UBC Okanagan. Amanda holds a degree in social work.
 
Roundtable Host: Zach Webster hosts this Roundtable on behalf of the Southern Interior Committee. Zach is a Corporate Training Specialist at Okanagan College and an active member of the HR community.

This session will take place ONLINE via Zoom. Log in information will be sent 1 day prior to event date.
